Mothers who deal with raising young children have a different plan, and students who spend the day lecturing and working in the evenings have a different plan. These are different lifestyles, different requirements and expectations that a diet plan should take into account.

A flexible approach to diet in the sense of responding is not only the differences between the plans of people who lead different lifestyles.
