7 tips to prevent hair breakage and hair loss

*- Then you can buy a hair mask or make it yourself and put it for a period longer than 20 minutes, where this mask consists of: 

(Coconut oil, then aloe vera, honey, olive oil, banana)

4- Lowering the temperature:

The use of hot appliances on a daily basis for styling and drying is the main cause of hair damage. If it is necessary, the temperature should be reduced.

5- Avoid brushing.

Brushing your hair repeatedly can cause it to break and then damage it. Use only combing to style it and to make it look elegant, avoid pulling hair to loosen it, and use a moisturizer or any other product to facilitate hair breakage.

6- Sleeping on a silk pillow:

Then the silk pillow prevents hair breakage by reducing friction.

7- Make a comfortable interval between hair treatments: after dyeing, perming or relaxing the hair with chemicals.
