We boil three cups of water and after boiling we put one tablespoon of green tea and cut the lemon into slices and put it with green tea and wait until it brews, then we drink a cup in the morning on an empty stomach and a cup in the afternoon before lunch and a cup before bed.

 

Exercising for half an hour a day:

The best sport for slimming is the morning walk. Walking for half an hour a day is enough to burn fat. If the weather is cold, it is preferable to do home sports with light movements for half an hour.
