The Forest Emergency Service cares for animals injured in road accidents or injured for other reasons. Such animals would not survive if they were left to fend for themselves. The center organizes, among other things, the rehabilitation of animals (eg allowing birds to fly again), as well as the upbringing of orphaned children.
The Ambulance Service tries to ensure that as many animals as possible return to their natural habitat after a recovery period. If this is not possible – lifelong care for such animals is provided on the premises of the center.
