11 simple ways to create your own happiness
Happiness is not something that someone gives me, nor is it something we should have permission for. Happiness is a state of mind that arises from within. Here are eleven ways to make sure that happiness is part of your daily life:
1- List your achievements:
There is joy in work, no happiness except in the realization that we have achieved something. It’s easy to get caught up in everyday life and not take the time to think about the things we’ve accomplished. Each of us has done a lot of great things in our life so what if life isn’t perfect at this exact moment it’s okay to take a little longer with your fitness goals. Don’t worry that you haven’t reached the height of your career yet, the most important thing is that you are moving forward and you are in a better position today than you were yesterday. Start writing a list of your accomplishments, milestones, and accomplishments. After writing this list, take a minute or two to think about everything I did it.
2. Include the little things you love in your daily life.
Enjoy the little things. You may look back one day and realize they were the big things. I’m sure you’ve heard the saying it’s the little things in life that matter. The little things are the little and underappreciated aspects of life that really make us happy. Like a morning walk along the beach.
3- Do what you love:
Your work is going to fill a large part of your life and the only way to feel truly satisfied is to do what you think is great work and the only way to work great is to love what you do. If you haven’t found it yet, keep searching. You will know when you find it. People who do what they love for a living tend to live happier and more productive lives. They enjoy higher self-esteem and better health.
4- Draw your perfect day:
To achieve great things, we must first dream, imagine, plan, believe and honor. Everyone has the ability to live every day the exact way they want. We all have the same 24 hours to work. The moon. Congratulations to you for deciding how those minutes are. Ask yourself: Are you wasting time watching TV and sleeping late? And complain about the job, I wish a better life, your security, you chase after your goals and dreams and do whatever it takes to reach them?

5- Put yourself above everything.
Love yourself first and everything else goes along. You have to really love yourself to accomplish anything in the world. It’s time to put yourself first and become selfish. While it’s great to help others, don’t forget to show yourself some love. Reward Yourself Go on a weekend trip where you can disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the world you live in. Take your time and don’t let anyone stop you.
6. Tell yourself that today is going to be great.
Success is a state of mind. If you want to succeed, start thinking of yourself as a success. Joy comes from within. Happiness begins with reshaping your mindset to be positive and eliminating all negative thoughts. Be positive and have confidence in yourself no matter what obstacles may stand in your way.
7. Forget to be perfect and accept yourself as you are.
If you are looking for perfection, you will not be satisfied and you will never find it. (Because perfection belongs to God Almighty alone, without anyone else). People often act confident and secure around others, but deep down they are insecure. Realize that we live in an imperfect world and stop comparing yourself to others. Once you learn to accept yourself as you are, life becomes easier and more peaceful.
8- Surround yourself with the right company.
Only surround yourself with people who will lift you up. Your friends should bring out the best version

9. Stop worrying and keep moving.
Stop worrying about what you have to lose. Never focus on what you have to earn. Life is full of endless possibilities, whatever will happen will happen whether you are anxious or not. Why waste time worrying when you can’t control some things? If what you worry is not within the limits of your possibilities for a solution, move forward and do not let it discourage your procession.
10. Get out of your comfort zone and be bold.
Get out of your comfort zone. We can’t become what we want to be by staying who we are. Nothing worthwhile comes with a 100% guarantee of success and nothing remains. The willingness to take risks is what revolves around life. Living in your comfort zone shrinks your world and gives it tunnel vision instead of thinking (if only I had…). Take a leap of faith and you may discover life as long as you want it.
