Primo: dai colpi alla schiena:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Il paramedico deve stare dalla parte del ferito (soffocamento). <\/span>Deve appoggiare il braccio sul petto della persona che sta soffocando per ottenere supporto. <\/span>Fletti la persona che sta soffocando in vita in modo che il suo corpo sia parallelo al suolo. <\/span>E colpito sulla schiena tra le scapole del girocollo con cinque colpi separati con il palmo della mano, in modo che i colpi sulla schiena siano tirati da una leggera spinta che la mano fa sul dorso del girocollo.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Per quanto riguarda i bambini soffocanti, il paramedico deve inginocchiarsi dietro di lui e applicare i passaggi precedenti.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Secondo: eseguire cinque spinte addominali (manovra di Heimlich):<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Il paramedico sta dietro il girocollo e gli tiene le mani, quindi preme l’addome sotto lo sterno cinque pressioni verso l’alto.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Terzo: I 5 colpi sulla schiena devono essere alternati a 5 spinte sull’addome fino a quando il blocco non viene rimosso e il corpo estraneo viene espulso.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Se sei l’unico paramedico, applica colpi alla schiena e spinte addominali prima di chiamare il 112 per chiedere aiuto.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Passaggi per la manovra di Heimlich su un’altra persona:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

1 – <\/span><\/span>Mettiti dietro il girocollo:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Metti un piede davanti al secondo piede per bilanciare. <\/span>Quindi avvolgi le braccia intorno alla vita. <\/span>Quindi allontana leggermente la persona in avanti.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

2- <\/span><\/span>Fai un pugno con una mano<\/span><\/span><\/strong> :<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Fai un pugno con una mano e sostienilo con la seconda leggermente sopra l’ombelico della vittima.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

3 – <\/span><\/span>Tieni l’altra mano:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

E premi con decisione sull’addome con un rapido push up, come se volessi sollevare la persona.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

4 – <\/span><\/span>Eseguire 5-10 compressioni fisiche fino a quando l’oggetto bloccato non esce.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Se sei solo, come applichi Heimlich a te stesso:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

  1. Metti il \u200b\u200bpugno sullo stomaco un po’ sopra l’ombelico.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\r\n
  2. Afferra il pugno dell’altra mano e appoggiati a un oggetto solido come una sedia o un tavolo.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\r\n
  3. Alza il pugno verso l’interno e verso l’alto.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
