Se trata. <\/span>El proceso de orinar al ni\u00f1o durante la noche en su cama. <\/span>Y eso despu\u00e9s de que cumple m\u00e1s de cinco a\u00f1os y no tiene s\u00edntomas. <\/span>El problema de la micci\u00f3n nocturna involuntaria en los ni\u00f1os es uno de los problemas m\u00e1s comunes.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n

que sufren las madres. <\/span>Tambi\u00e9n se considera uno de los problemas que les genera ansiedad y verg\u00fcenza, y que afecta negativamente a su psiquis. <\/span>Especialmente para los mayores de cinco a\u00f1os.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n

Por ello, los padres deben buscar la causa del problema para tratarlo lo antes posible. <\/span>Hay estad\u00edsticas y estudios que dicen un 10% de los ni\u00f1os. <\/span>Mojan la cama por la noche despu\u00e9s de los 5 a\u00f1os, y este porcentaje aumenta en los ni\u00f1os varones debido a la diferente anatom\u00eda de sus \u00f3rganos a la de las mujeres. <\/span>El porcentaje es menor en las mujeres.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n

Tipos de micci\u00f3n nocturna:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Existen dos tipos de micci\u00f3n nocturna en ni\u00f1os mayores de cinco a\u00f1os:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\u00a0Primero<\/span><\/span><\/u><\/strong> : El ni\u00f1o de este tipo no ha sido entrenado en c\u00f3mo controlar la micci\u00f3n, y puede que no haya prescindido del mantenimiento.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\u00a0Segundo<\/span><\/span><\/u><\/strong> : El ni\u00f1o all\u00ed ha dejado de orinar en su cama por un per\u00edodo de tiempo. <\/span>Luego regresa nuevamente para hacerlo, pero debe tener m\u00e1s de cinco a\u00f1os.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Causas de la micci\u00f3n nocturna:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
    \r\n
  1. Padres que no entrenan a sus hijos en la capacidad de retener la orina. <\/span>Hasta que llega al ba\u00f1o, como resultado, el ni\u00f1o no puede contener la micci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\r\n
  2. No le d\u00e9 a su hijo comidas que contengan mucha cafe\u00edna. <\/span>Como que el ni\u00f1o bebe refrescos en grandes cantidades, o chocolate y tambi\u00e9n t\u00e9.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\r\n
  3. El ni\u00f1o bebe grandes cantidades de l\u00edquido durante el d\u00eda, especialmente antes de acostarse.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\r\n
  4. Es posible que exista un defecto en el proceso de secreci\u00f3n de la hormona responsable de regular el proceso de micci\u00f3n. <\/span>Tambi\u00e9n impide orinar durante la noche, como consecuencia de una disfunci\u00f3n en la gl\u00e1ndula encargada de secretar esta hormona.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\r\n
  5. Los problemas familiares afectan negativamente la psique del ni\u00f1o.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\r\n
  6. Herencia de un familiar.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\r\n
  7. Causas org\u00e1nicas como infecci\u00f3n del tracto urinario, amigdalitis y estre\u00f1imiento agudo.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    Tratamiento de micci\u00f3n nocturna:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    Para tratar la enuresis nocturna en ni\u00f1os y formas de tratarla:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    Primero:<\/span><\/span><\/strong> Entrenar al ni\u00f1o para que orine durante el d\u00eda y ense\u00f1arle el proceso de aguantar la orina un rato antes de ir al ba\u00f1o.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    Segundo:<\/span><\/span><\/strong> No permita que el ni\u00f1o beba muchos l\u00edquidos que contengan cafe\u00edna en grandes cantidades.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    Tercero:<\/span><\/span><\/strong> Regular el sue\u00f1o del ni\u00f1o, y no beber agua ni ning\u00fan l\u00edquido dos horas antes de acostarse.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    Cuarto:<\/span><\/span><\/strong> Despertar al ni\u00f1o durante la noche y obligarlo a ir al ba\u00f1o, especialmente en los d\u00edas fr\u00edos.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    Quinto:<\/span><\/span><\/strong> No terminar y reprenderlo, porque esto empeora su condici\u00f3n psicol\u00f3gica, por el contrario, se debe apoyar psicol\u00f3gicamente y utilizar el factor de recompensa y motivaci\u00f3n cuando no moja la cama.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    Sexto:<\/span><\/span><\/strong> La madre debe tener paciencia, para que su impaciencia no afecte la psiquis del ni\u00f1o.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
